Description: Symmetrical facade with protruding second story bays; leaded glass Craftsman windows, including dormer window.

History: The Main house was built in 1894.  IT is an example of a four square architectural style.  It was built by Willam P Huffman for one of his sons.  The house was sold in 1898 to William Huber, who lived there until 1919.
The next owner, Charles Ford, was in the piano moving and storage business and is credited with the invention of the piano moving dolly.  It is said Charles Ford built the Carriage House in 1920 to house his business.
The Ford's had a boy, Charles Jr., and he and his new bride made 25 Linden their home where they raised their 2 children.  Charles Jr.'s widow sold the home to Dennis and Carole Werkmeister in 1987.
The Werkmeisters spent two years restoring the Carriage House and installed a couple pipe organs with some 3,600 pipes.  Wonderful Concerts were held in the Carriage house over the years.
Greg & Eileen Peisert purchased the home from Carole in Jan. 2005.  They started renovations to the foundation/roof/siding, etc. of the Carriage House in the Fall 2005.  Renovations are still underway.
