The cost to particpate is $6.00 per household and covers the following:

Advertising in the Dayton Daily News and the local area newspapers.

Posters and signs placed in strategic locations to advertise the event ahead of time

Flyers handed out the day of the sale in various locations listing your address, some of the key items you have for sale and a map of the neighborhood.

Directional signs placed on key street corners the day of the sale.

Instead of generic yard/garage sale signs provided by the neighborhood association, consider making your own unique, creative, one-of-a-kind sign to mark your personal sale, HHNA Board members witll come around during the day to judge all the signs throughout the district. Signs will be evaluated for creativitly, innovation and message effectiveness. The winning sign designer will receive a fabulous/valuable prize and a picture and write up int the August neighborhood newsletter.

To participate in the Yard Sale:

Call Rosie Miller at 546-2569 for a form to fill out.

This one day only sale is a can't miss event. 

Parking is available at Chase Bank (formerly Bank One), on the corner of 3rd  Street & and Linden Ave.

Sale locations are throughout the neighborhood:

North / South  from 3rd to 5th and  East / West from Terry to Bell streets.

Maps are available at most sale locations.
